MAYBE THIS FEELS FAMILIAR
Maybe you are carrying more than people can see.
You may be going through a period of change, confusion, grief, tension, or a difficult relationship.
Maybe you've spent a long time caring for others, adapting, keeping things together, or trying to meet the needs and expectations around you.
You may not even know exactly what you need yet. You just know something feels heavy and unclear or no longer right.
Maybe it’s time to stop carrying everything on your own.
Hi! 👋🏻 I’m Katiana
My way of accompanying people is rooted in an understanding of the human being as a whole. What we think, feel, live in the body, and have learned throughout our history are deeply connected.
We often suffer in situations without fully understanding why we react the way we do. We can recognize a problem and still keep repeating the same responses.
My work begins with presence and listening. I don’t start from a ready-made interpretation or a technique applied to everyone. What matters to me is how you are living what is happening to you.
Through conversation, observation, and the exploration of your inner experience, we discover connections you may not have recognized: thoughts, beliefs, emotions, bodily sensations, memories, or resistance.
It isn’t about judging what we find or fighting a part of ourselves. It’s about seeing it, feeling it, and understanding it with greater awareness.
Each session is shaped by what emerges. I use different tools, but none of them replaces listening, and I adapt them to what we are exploring.
My intention is not to tell you who you should be. It is to help you recognize what is happening within you, how you take part in your own experience, and what other ways of living it are possible.
Because when we begin to see what used to happen automatically, a different response becomes possible.

An approach that adapts to you
My approach is not a series of steps to follow. We simply begin with what is present for you and what you need that day

A moment to speak freely, share what you’re carrying, and feel truly heard.
Listen and release

Meditation, visualization, breathing, and sound healing can help release tension and restore calm.
Slow down & soothe

Return to the body, notice emotions and reactions, and observe what is happening more subtly within.
Feel & explore

Bring light to recurring patterns, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and discover a more conscious way to move forward.
Understand & move forward
My toolbox
Because not everything can be expressed through words.
Conversation is a starting point, but there are many other ways to explore what is happening within us.
Throughout our sessions, I may incorporate different practices that invite you to feel, observe, and discover yourself in new ways.
What Could Our Work Together Bring You?
Over the years, I've accompanied people who have experienced profound changes in how they understand themselves, navigate their emotions, connect with others, and see life.

What a session can look like

We begin with you
We start with what you are experiencing,
feeling, or carrying in that moment.
We take the time to listen
You can speak freely about what is happening, what feels difficult, or what has been weighing on you.
We follow what emerges
Depending on what you need, we may continue with conversation, meditation, body awareness, sound healing, visualization, or simply a quiet moment to slow down.
We close gently
We take a moment to notice what has shifted, what feels clearer, and what you may want to carry with you after the session.

1.What is the difference between your approach and seeing a psychologist?
Psychology and my approach can complement each other, but they operate within different professional frameworks.
A psychologist is a mental health professional who can provide psychological assessments and interventions tailored to a person's needs. My work focuses on well-being, self-awareness, and reconnecting with your inner world. Conversation is an important part of our sessions, but we don't rely on words alone. I also incorporate practices such as body awareness, meditation, visualization, sound healing, and other experiential approaches. These practices invite you to explore not only what you think, but also what you feel, including physical sensations, breathing, and emotions as they arise. My approach does not replace psychological care. It offers a different space for self-exploration and developing a more conscious and peaceful relationship with yourself.
2. Who is your approach for? Do I need to be going through a difficult time?
My sessions are for anyone who wishes to take time for themselves, deepen their self-understanding, or reconnect with who they are.
Some people come when they're going through a challenging period, experiencing intense emotions, or feeling the need for greater calm and clarity. Others come simply because they want to know themselves better, explore their inner world, or develop a more conscious and peaceful relationship with themselves. You don't have to wait until something feels wrong to take care of your inner well-being. Getting to know yourself and reconnecting with who you are is a journey that can enrich anyone's life.
3. Do I have to talk about my past or my childhood?
Not at all.
We can begin with what you're experiencing today, what's on your mind, or simply what you'd like to explore.
That said, our personal history, experiences, and childhood memories can sometimes offer valuable insights into how we see ourselves and experience certain situations today. If these subjects arise naturally and you feel comfortable exploring them, we can make space for them in our conversations. What matters most is that you move at your own pace, respecting your boundaries and what you feel ready to share.
