My Story

My story
I have been asking big questions for as long as I can remember.
As a child, I was deeply drawn to spirituality, meaning, and the mystery of what it means to be human. I grew up in a very religious environment, and for many years, that was the language I used to understand life. As a teenager, I was already teaching children about spirituality and stepping into roles where I was guiding others.
But my own life eventually asked much more of me.
There were periods when I struggled deeply with anxiety, depression, confusion, and the feeling of not fully knowing who I was anymore. What I had learned intellectually was no longer enough. I needed to understand what was happening inside me.
That became the beginning of a different kind of journey.
I began to look inward more honestly. I questioned beliefs I had carried for years. I learned to observe my thoughts, listen to my body, sit with uncomfortable emotions, and explore the patterns that shaped the way I related to myself and to life.
Over time, my spirituality also changed. I moved away from rigid ideas and toward something more open, direct, and lived — a relationship with spirituality rooted less in doctrine and more in experience, awareness, compassion, and presence.
What I was learning was no longer only something I wanted to understand for myself.
It became something I wanted to share.
Today, the way I accompany others comes from both my professional training and the path I have walked personally. I know what it is like to feel lost inside yourself, to carry emotions you don’t quite know how to process, and to wonder how to move forward.
I also know what can begin to happen when you slow down enough to listen.
My work grew from that journey — from learning to turn inward, to understand what was there, and to meet myself with more honesty, compassion, and presence.
