Frequently Asked Questions
4. What if I find it difficult to express what I'm feeling?
That's completely okay. You don't need to find the perfect words or know exactly how to explain what's happening inside you.
Sometimes, what we feel is difficult to describe. It might appear as a physical sensation, tension, a confusing emotion, or simply a feeling that something isn't quite right without knowing why.
That's one of the reasons my approach goes beyond conversation.
Through body awareness, breathing, meditation, or visualization, we can explore what arises in different ways, without needing to explain or understand everything immediately.
There's nothing to achieve and no right or wrong way to feel. We simply begin where you are.
5. Is your approach spiritual? Do I need to have certain beliefs?
You don't need to hold any particular beliefs, and my approach is not associated with any religion.
For me, spirituality is, above all, about reconnecting with yourself.
It's about learning to turn your attention inward and discovering who you are beyond the roles you play, external expectations, and the habits that shape your everyday life.
It's also about becoming more present with yourself, your emotions, your values, and what gives meaning to your life.
You don't need to consider yourself a spiritual person to come and see me.
Everyone is welcome to explore their inner world in their own way, guided by their own values, sensitivity, and understanding of life.
6. Can I choose the practices I feel comfortable with?
Absolutely.
Everyone is different, and what feels right for one person may not feel right for another.
During our sessions, I may suggest different practices depending on what we're exploring together, but nothing is ever imposed.
We can simply talk, include moments of meditation, body awareness, visualization, or explore other practices that feel comfortable and meaningful to you.
You're always free to accept, decline, or stop any practice at any time.
What matters is that our sessions remain a space where you feel respected, heard, and free to be yourself.
7. How many sessions will I need?
There is no predetermined number of sessions because everyone arrives with their own story, needs, and intentions.
Some people simply want to take a moment to reflect on a particular situation. Others feel the need for more regular support as they deepen their inner exploration.
We can discuss this together and reassess along the way, depending on what feels helpful and meaningful to you.
There is no commitment to a specific number of sessions. You're always free to choose the pace and length of your journey.
8. Can I see you if I'm already seeing a psychologist?
Absolutely.
My approach and psychological care can complement each other, as they offer different frameworks and opportunities for exploration.
While psychological care may address mental health needs through assessment or psychological interventions, our sessions provide a space focused on well-being and self-awareness, where we may incorporate practices such as body awareness, meditation, and relaxation.
You don't have to choose one or the other.
If you're already working with a mental health professional, my approach can be part of your broader personal well-being journey, while respecting the role of each professional.
9. What if I don't know exactly what I need?
You don't need to have all the answers before coming.
Sometimes, you simply feel the need to pause, talk, find a little peace, or better understand what you're experiencing, without knowing exactly where to begin.
And that's enough.
We can start with whatever is present for you, right here and now.
Through conversation and different ways of exploring your inner world, we'll take the time to discover together what matters to you and the direction you'd like your journey to take.
